HOW TO PURCHASE - Ordering FAQ

Here you will find common questions about ordering our software.

1. How do I order your products?
 

We accept orders via online, by phone/fax, and by postal mail. You can pay by Credit Card (Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express), Check, Money Order, Cash, or direct Wire Transfer. All you need to do is just fill out our online order form and simply select your preferred Payment Method at the bottom, then click "Next" button and follow the direction on the next page.

2. How will my purchase appear on the bill?
 

The charge statement will discreetly appear on your bill as "REGNOW.COM * <PRODUCT NAME>" - our credit card processor.

3. How long does it take to process my order?
 

When ordering our product online, your registration details and license code/full version will be delivered by e-mail immediately. Fax orders will be processed and delivered within 48 hours. Mail order processing and registration delivery depend heavily on the location from which payment was shipped.

4. Can I purchase your software with PayPal?
 

Yes.

5. Do you offer products on CD-ROM?
 

All of our titles are available on CD!

6. I have lost my Order ID/Registration Info. Where can I obtain it?

Please contact our support team to find out your order information.  (Please NOTE: you need offer your Registration Email Address, Order ID, Last 4 Digits of Credit Card Number.)
